ROSA – centrum pro ženy spustila nový projekt ROSALIN – Centrum komplexní krizové pomoci obětem domácího a genderově podmíněného násilí. Stěžejními výstupy projektu je vybudování krizového centra pro ženy oběti domácího násilí s možností krizového pobytu, bezplatná krizová linka pro oběti domácího a genderově podmíněného násilí 800 60 50 80 a vývoj SOS tlačítek pro vysoce ohrožené oběti. Vznikne vzdělávací a metodologické centrum, díky Akademii specializované pomoci podpoříme v roce 2023 další poskytovatele sociálních služeb, kteří chtějí pomáhat účinně této cílové skupině. Grant dostal podporu prostřednictvím finančního mechanismu Norských fondů na období 2014-2021, programu Lidská práva, programové oblasti 22 – Domácí a genderově podmíněné násilí: Prevence domácího a genderově podmíněného násilí a poskytování ochrany a pomoci pro jeho oběti. Projekt zahrnuje 4 pilíře posílení systému pomoci obětem:
1) ROSALIN – Centrum komplexní krizové pomoci obětem domácího a genderově podmíněného násilí funguje od poloviny roku 2022 v nonstop provozu, poskytuje odborné sociální poradenství, právní a psychologickou pomoc. Součástí krizového centra je i pobytová služba, která zahrnuje 12 krizových lůžek ve dvou bytech pro oběti domácího a genderově podmíněného násilí (a jejich děti). Přijímány jsou vysoce ohrožené oběti z celé České republiky.
2) Bezplatná krizová linka pro oběti domácího násilí 800 60 50 80 funguje nonstop.
3) Připravujeme inovační technologické řešení pro zvýšení bezpečí zvlášť ohrožených obětí domácího a genderově podmíněného násilí (včetně stalkingu) s napojením na pult asistenční služby tak, aby bylo možné přivolat okamžitou pomoc v případě ohrožení a zároveň informovat obětí zvolené kontaktní osoby o nastalé rizikové situaci.
4) ROSALIN bude i vzdělávací a metodologické centrum podpory služeb pro oběti domácího a genderově podmíněného násilí. Připravíme metodiku zavádění specializovaných standardů kvality a metodiku vyhodnocování a managementu rizik. Akademie specializované pomoci podpoří specializaci již existujících obecných sociálních služeb v krajích tak, aby naplňovaly kritéria standardů služby pro oběti domácího a genderově podmíněného násilí, čímž se zvýší počet a dostupnost specializovaných služeb v regionech.

ROSA – Center for Women launches new project ROSALIN – Center for Comprehensive Crisis Assistance to Victims of Domestic and Gender-Based Violence. The main outputs of the project are the construction of a crisis center for women victims of domestic violence with the possibility of a crisis stay, a free crisis line for victims of domestic and gender-based violence 800 60 50 80 and the development of SOS buttons for high-risk victims. An educational and methodological center will be established, and thanks to the Academy of Specialized Assistance, we will support other social service providers in 2023 who want to help this target group effectively. The grant received support through the Norwegian Funds Financial Mechanism for the period 2014-2021, the Human Rights program, program areas 22 – Domestic and gender-based violence: Prevention of domestic and gender-based violence and providing protection and assistance to its victims. The project includes 4 pillars of strengthening the victim assistance system:
1) ROSALIN – The Center for Comprehensive Crisis Assistance to Victims of Domestic and Gender-Based Violence will operate non-stop from mid-2022 and will provide professional social counseling, legal and psychological assistance. The crisis center also includes a residential service, which includes 4 crisis beds for victims of domestic and gender-based violence (and their children). Highly endangered victims from all over the Czech Republic will be accepted.
2) The toll-free crisis line for victims of domestic violence 800 60 50 80 already works thanks to the support of the Vodafone Foundation, but so far only within the daily working hours of the ROSA center. The non-stop operation of the line will probably start by June 2022. At present, we are still looking for new colleagues for ROSALIN – a selection procedure is underway for the position of social workers of crisis assistance.
3) We are preparing innovative technological solutions to increase the safety of particularly vulnerable victims of domestic and gender-based violence (including stalking) with connection to the assistance desk so that immediate assistance can be called in case of danger and informing the victims of the contact person about the risk situation.
4) ROSALIN will also be an educational and methodological center for the support of services for victims of domestic and gender-based violence. We will prepare a methodology for the implementation of specialized quality standards and a methodology for risk assessment and management. The Academy of Specialized Assistance will support the specialization of already existing general social services in the regions so that they meet the criteria of service standards for victims of domestic and gender-based violence, thus increasing the number and availability of specialized services in the regions.
